At the shortening section enter your expanded URL, this is going to be your destination now this can be any link you want it can be a video link it can be a Blog link it can be a website link so, copy your URL which is expanded and  going to paste it, now you have to click on adjust icon and click the customize button, you can see tons of features containing geo target, deep linking , language and device targeting, set expiration time and parameters for your link.

so add a geo rule in this section and, choose the country and state you want the users from, redirect to another destination, (the people that not contain your geo condition will be redirect to your main link that you paste at first).

set geo rule for mexician that will be redirect to custom url

so example all the people from mexico clicked on my link going to different destination that i should enter the url there, so this targeting separate all people around the world and users from Mexico to different destinations.
